Active Isolated Stretching(AIS)
Developed by Aaron Mattes, the AIS technique allows the body to repair itself and prepare for daily activity. AIS involves the method of holding each stretch for only two seconds. This type of stretching is also known to work with the body's natural physiological makeup to improve circulation and increase the elasticity of muscle joints and fascia. The AIS method of muscle lengthening and fascial release is a technique that provides effective, dynamic, facilitated stretching of major muscle groups. AIS provides functional and physiological restoration of superficial and deep fascial planes.

The best program allows you to maintain daily physical activity. One that does not interrupt your sleep, so that your body optimizes time at rest. A program allowing you to grow, metabolize fat and utilize quality nutritious foods you enjoy. There are common primal movement patterns for our bodies, but we each need our own specific direction.
Nutrition Lifestyle Coaching
We each have our own relationship with food. How we feel about ourselves reflects how much we eat, what we eat, how often and when we eat. Self control through exercises raise self esteem for when we are vulnerable to over eat and drink emotionally. This moves towards a journey of discovering our relationship with food and how it affects our lives.
